Before Preparation
You may request cancellation before your seafood has been prepared.
After Preparation Starts
Once preparation (cleaning, filleting, or cutting) has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After Dispatch / Collection
Once your order has been collected or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If We Cannot Fulfil Your Order
If Poisson Du Sud cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and the order will not proceed.
Refunds
No returns or refunds once payment has been made. Seafood is fresh and perishable, so all sales are final after payment — please review your order and confirm the final weight and price on WhatsApp before paying.
Cancellation is a request only — Poisson Du Sud must confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
